SPIN Changing The Way It Funds Public Interest Work

Starting this year, SPIN will put a heavier emphasis on directly funding student public interest work through SPIN Honors Grants. Remaining money will continue to go to Temple Law School for federal summer work-study matching funds.

Professor Burris Recognized with Lifetime Achievement Award for Work in Public Health Law

Professor Scott Burris has been named the first recipient of the American Public Health Association (APHA) Law Section’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Health Law. Burris and his accomplishments will be recognized at the annual Law Section reception on Monday, November 17, 2014 at the APHA Annual Meeting being held in New Orleans.
