Exelon Honors Judge Nelson Diaz With Gift to Temple Law School

Exelon, the nation's leading competitive energy provider, has announced a $450,000 gift to Temple University Beasley School of Law in honor of long-time Exelon board member Judge Nelson A. Diaz. The gift bolsters the law school’s efforts to create a future endowed chair in civil rights that would bear Diaz’s name.

Professor Laura Little Elected to American Law Institute

Temple Law Professor Laura Little is one of 26 intellectual leaders who have been elected to join the American Law Institute. Her election comes on the heels of her appointment as an Associate Reporter for the ALI’s Restatement of Conflict of Laws project. Professor Little is the only new member elected from the state of Pennsylvania this year.
