Morris Dees Accepts ABA Medal

Morris Dees of the Southern Poverty Law Center accepts the ABA Medal, the highest award conferred by the American Bar Association, at the ABA Annual Meeting currently underway in Chicago. Dean JoAnne A. Epps, who was in attendance, noted that Mr. Dees' remarks "served as a profound reminder of why lawyers matter."
